Refund Policy
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange. Custom-built systems, opened software, and special orders are non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of manufacturer defect.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer delivery across Kingston & St. Andrew and island-wide shipping through our courier partners. Store pickup is available at our Meadowbrook location during business hours. Delivery timeframes and fees are confirmed at checkout.
Warranty Policy
New products carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Repairs include a 30-day workmanship warranty on the specific issue addressed. Refurbished products include a minimum 90-day warranty unless stated otherwise.
